"The Pilates classes are excellent, I go to the Tuesday evening class at
Ladywell Arena and have had 1:1 classes with Rebecca. Rebecca is really
patient and thorough and makes sure you know what you're doing so that
you really get the best out of the classes. Sitting at a desk in front
of a laptop all day has made me so stiff, but attending the classes has
improved my posture. I would absolutely recommend both the classes and
the 1:1 sessions.
