  • You’re looking for a movement class that will improve your strength, flexibility and coordination.

  • You want to de-stress and improve your overall wellbeing.

  • You're looking for a class where movement options are included so that everyone can work at a pace that suits them.

  • You do not have any active injuries and you know how to look after yourself when you move.
