Hi, I’m Rebecca, a Pilates teacher who specialises in helping people rebuild trust in their bodies and themselves through movement.
I know what it’s like to live with unresolved aches and pains – to feel like your body is failing you. And I also know how transformative a regular movement practice can be.
I’ve worked with beginners through to advanced students, including people with special conditions, back and joint problems, sports injuries and post surgery.
I work in partnership with people towards greater awareness, compassion and body-mind connection so they can stand tall, move with ease and feel strong.
